Mr. Jähn held positions as CEO/CRO in listed and non-listed enterprises in different sectors; such as Industry, Far East Import, Retail, e-commerce.
He managed and manages companies in Europe, Asia, North America, South America with a focus on operational -, financial- and strategic restructuring. Furthermore, he has in-depth knowledge and experience in global sales, procurement and production processes.
Mr. Jähn took over several executive board functions such as CEO/CRO at the Landes Group, CRO at Electrovac AG (2009-2015), CEO/CRO at ae group AG (2007-2009), Vivanco Gruppe AG (2003-2007), Terrex Handels AG (1994-2003) as well as CFO at IMM Office Systems (1992-1994).
He successfully implemented investment- /exit strategies for listed and non-listed companies and had countless successful negotiations with shareholders, banks and unions in work out situations.
He was senior consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in the fields of restructuring after starting his career at Arthur Anderson (1987-1990).
He studied at the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel and Paris, at American Graduate School of International Management, Phoenix, AZ and at Dalhousie University, Halifax, NS, Kanada.
Before his studies Mr. Jähn served in the Military (Air Force, 1980-1982).
