Bestbion dx - Diagnostische Produkte und Beratung GmbH to be acquired by SD Biosensor
SD Biosensor [KRX:137310], a South Korean diagnostic test manufacturer, announced on 29 March, that its board has approved a plan to acquire Bestbion dx - Diagnostische Produkte und Beratung GmbH, a German manufacturer of diagnostic materials and devices.
Under the deal, SD Biosensor plans to acquire 100% stake, in Bestbion dx - Diagnostische Produkte und Beratung GmbH.
